Terms and Conditions

Design Award

To be eligible, your submission must be received by 11:59 p.m. Central Standard Time on March 31, 2010.

Entries will not be returned. By providing your contact information, you give Adsoka Inc. permission to contact you regarding this contest.

The winner will be notified by May 10, 2010.

By submitting work to Adsoka for the Adding Creative Value Award, you confirm

That you are at least 13 years old and a college student or graduated within the last year of the submission deadline.
You were instrumental in creating the entry either independently or in a group and that group members will be named and acknowledged.
The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
The content does not infringe on another party’s copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other proprietary rights.
That the files do not have computer viruses, worms or other destructive programs or files.
That you give Adsoka permission to publish the entry and your name on the awards site, an Adding Creative Value portfolio book and Adsoka marketing/PR initiatives.
If two or more people who worked on the same team enter the same poster as separate entrants, the poster that is entered first will be considered. Those entered subsequently will receive a full refund.

You agree to indemnify and hold Adsoka (employees, vendors and partners), harmless from all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature.

For any content you submit, you grant Adsoka a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you.

Submissions may be published on the Web site or in the portfolio book at the sole discretion of Adsoka. Adsoka reserves the right to change, crop, condense or delete any entry or entry descriptions for the purpose of the Web site, portfolio book or marketing/PR initiatives.

The $500 prize, certificates and portfolio book will be sent to the Award of Excellence recipient. Adsoka is not responsible for distributing the prize money among all who participated in the Award of Excellence recipient work.
